We strive to provide quality, safe and affordable homes to our residents.  B&R Assets LLC and it's affiliates, do not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status in any of our operations. 

OUR PROCESS 

Once we receive a completed application verified/qualified by our office, if qualified the applicant will be contacted to set-up a viewing.  When a desired property is selected, the potential tenant will be screened including a background and credit check and at that time an application fee is processed. 

We Do NOT show properties before a pre-application is submitted.

We ACCEPT housing assistance and subsidized deposits, we no longer accept Section 8 housing assistance.

We will consider pets in our single family homes but dogs are not permitted in our multi-units.

Security Deposits are required and can be subsidized by various agencies.
